Scope Of Work
This Solicitation is for the purpose of establishing contracts for uniforms and uniform accessories performed for all agencies across the Commonwealth. The Commonwealth intends to award the number of contracts necessary to fulfill the needs of the Commonwealth therefore the intent of the Commonwealth is to award multiple contracts per Category. Respondents may bid multiple categories and are obligated to provide all items (or approved equals) within the category.
There are four categories:
Category A – Uniform Apparel
Category B – Tactical Uniforms & Accessories
Category C – Flame Resistant Uniforms, Hi-Visibility Apparel, and Rain Gear
Category D – KUIU Performance Hunting Gear
Vendor should be able to provide the requested garments in all colors and sizes available from the manufacturer. Quantities listed on the bid sheet are only examples based on orders placed over the last year and may not reflect all styles and quantities ordered on a regular basis.
