Scope Of Work
The purpose of this Courier Services ITQ Contract is to qualify responsible and responsiveerin Contractors to perform pre-defined, as-needed, and emergency (on-demand) courier services by picking-up and delivg shipments for Commonwealth of Pennsylvania agencies and users of this Contract. Services are needed in all 67 counties of Pennsylvania. Contractors will be required to identify which of the 67 counties in Pennsylvania they will be able to provide service.
Bids must be received by the purchasing agency on the Solicitation Due Date no later than the Solicitation Due Time as set forth in the solicitation. Any conflict between the dates and/or times contained in the solicitation itself or its attachments and this advertisement shall be resolved in favor of the solicitation.
