Scope Of Work
This solicitation is to establish a Blanket Order Contract to provide Canned Soft Drinks as specified for the Louisiana Department of Corrections - LA Correctional Institute for Women for an initial period beginning with July 1, 2025 or date of award, whichever is later, and ending June 30, 2026. At the option of the State of Louisiana and acceptance by the Contractor, this contract may be renewed for two additional 12-month periods at the same prices, terms and conditions. Total contract time not to exceed 36 months.
Items are for canteen resale. Where listed, only brand name(s) and model(s), or some other designation that identifies a specific product to be offered exclusive of others, specified will be accepted. Bids must be quoted in quantity and unit specified (R.S. 39:1651-1657) and (LAC Title 34 Part 5-109.A.2.B.i).
